On 20 December 2019, Arteta was appointed head coach. Upon his appointment, he stated that he believed the club had lost direction and that he didn't want players to shirk responsibility. Arteta named his coaching staff, with assistants Albert Stuivenberg and Steve Round, and goalkeeping coach Inaki Cana joining the club. Interim head coach Freddie Ljungberg remained as assistant coach, and goalkeeping coach Sal Bibbo stayed to work with Caña.

⭐️Shoulder tape: Twill tape covers the shoulder seams to stabilise the back of the garment and prevent stretching.
⭐️Without side seams: Knitted in one piece using tubular knit, it reduces fabric waste and makes the garment more attractive.
⭐️Ribbed knit collar without seam. Ribbed knit makes the collar highly elastic and helps retain its shape.
